This site has been created for you by a few girls with a dream who have been inspired by the opportunity and possibility to make a difference in the world . From their perspective, the whole point is making a difference. If they can help even just one other woman reach her dream then they've done their job.

This site is about dreams realized. It's about vision, success, hope and inspiration . It's about learning how to shoot for the stars and living a life you love taught to you by the experts themselves…other women (and even sometimes men) who have walked the road before you and willing to walk the road beside you.

Meet Your Founder: Darcy Volden Hoag

I have been helping internet entrepreneurs start and grow businesses since 1998 and it has truly been one of the most amazing and rewarding journeys of my life. I’ve had the very great fortune to work with some of the most amazing women (and men) you could ever meet. It is their stories, their struggles, their successes, their failures, and their passion to chase after a dream that have inspired me to help create this site.

I also have the very great fortune to work with and for some of the most incredible people who have dedicated their lives to making a difference in your life and in our world. Their continual contribution and dedication to help each and every one of us live a life we love never ceases to amaze me. And, boy, have they have taught me a lot!

Maybe you’ve heard of some of these folks.

Joe Vitale: Most recently known for his feature in the movie, "The Secret", is also author of best sellers, “The Attractor Factor”, “Zero Limits” and “The Key”, and, as Joe says, “too many books to mention here.” Also, a true marketing legend, Joe is often referred to as the “Buddha of the Internet”.

Bob Doyle: Also featured in the movie “The Secret”, author of, “Wealth Beyond Reason” and creator of the Wealth Beyond Reason Program. Since 2002, his "Wealth Beyond Reason" program has allowed thousands of people to reclaim their destiny, and begin creating lives of true abundance.

Matt Gill & Kevin Wilke of Nitro Marketing: “The Boys”, as I call them, not only are a couple of internet marketing whiz kids but they are on a mission to help people do what they love through on-line business.

Northstar ThinkTank: “The Best Little Company You’ve Never Heard Of (yet)”. If ever there was a company that truly dedicated itself to helping entrepreneurs and men and women with a dream it’s this one. I’ve repeatedly watched the guys and gals at Northstar stop at no end to make a difference in people’s lives both professionally and personally. The lives they’ve touched is astonishing to me. And, most people would not know, that Northstar works in partnership with the greats, such as Joe and Bob, and Matt & Kevin, as well as others to create and deliver some of the finest coaching programs that, in my opinion, ever existed.

"The Starfish Story"

One day a man was walking along the beach when he noticed
a boy picking something up and gently throwing it into the ocean.
Approaching the boy, he asked, “What are you doing?”

The youth replied, “Throwing starfish back into the ocean.
The surf is up and the tide is going out. If I don’t throw them back, they’ll die.”

“Son,” the man said, “don’t you realize there are miles and miles of beach and hundreds of starfish? You can’t make a difference!”

After listening politely, the boy bent down, picked up another starfish,
and threw it back into the surf. Then, smiling at the man, he said…”
I made a difference for that one.”
