In case it's hard to tell, here are some signs to know if your soul is calling you to step and 'be more' in your life and business:
* Things in your life aren't working the way they used to - it seems like things are breaking or ending in your life and it's causing conflicts in how you feel and/or relate with people.
* You feel your friends and family don't understand what it is that you want to do with your life.
* New ideas and interests keep showing up that don't make sense rationally, but you feel compelled to do something with them (even though you don't necessarily know how or trust where that will take you).
* There are more times than not when you feel like you're stuck, frustrated or confused (or even befuddled as to why something that should feel good doesn't!).
* It's hard to read the patterns, or threads, of your life to make sense of what you're really here to do - your soul's purpose.
I know what these all feel like, because that's how I felt more than a decade ago. It was a scary, frustrating place to be... I was ahead of both THE curve and MY curve! I had no idea how to sort it out and I felt like I was speaking a language nobody else could understood. (Kinda like showing up to a football game in a ballgown - I felt like my 'tuner' was broken and I missed the memo!)
I do remember having dreams about my elevator being stuck (which I later figured out was my linear and intuitive sides balancing out). I remember people telling me I was crazy to want more, that I needed to settle down and just get a job, and why was I pushing so hard anyway? The funny thing is that it wasn't me pushing... it was my spirit pulling me into my future.
I read a story once about that... a little boy about four years old asked for a violin for his birthday. His parents got him a toy violin which, upon opening, was smashed to the ground in a temper tantrum. The reason? He wanted a REAL violin (probably about as big as he stood tall!). And that was his spirit calling... his spirit was ready for him to step into his gifts as a violinist, even if his body wasn't big enough yet. (I have no idea if it's true, but that story stuck with me...)
And I've seen that happen with people when their spirit is pulling them into their purpose. But I'm ahead of myself...
Way back when, I remember feeling like I needed and wanted to do something different in a big way. So I kept working harder and trying to accelerate my circumstances so I could grow faster, figuring that would get me into where I was supposed to be (kinda like speeding and when the officer pulls you over, your reason is that you wanted to make it to the gas station before you ran out!).
So, while it made sense to me logically somehow, I didn't know how to align with my true nature and what I was/am here to do as my great life's purpose (especially with friends and family not getting 'it'!). Very challenging times for me... (and, by the by, this started at the age of about 6 when, over a peanut butter sandwich, I asked my mom why I was here - that was a curveball for her and a persistent question for me for many decades after!). :+)
Anyway, the net result of all that is a unique way to approach living into your soul's calling and expressing it through your own entrepreneurial business. It supports you in understanding your true nature and why things have been the way they are in your life, and integrates that with birthing your purpose into being as a business.
It becomes the fast-track way to launch and/or build your business. Even more, you are living success by your own definition and by what's right for you vs. the 'shoulds' that come measured by other standards.
